[GE users] usersets and groups

the users with the secondary groups could use:

newgrp <secondary_group>

to set the new group, or for a one-time-shot:

sg  <secondary_group> -c qsub sleep.sh

should work, possible to create wrapper-scripts for each group and  
call them qsub_group1, qsub_group1
