[GE users] Spare Capacity

Hey Ron,

we don't quite throw it away, but between projects it's only used very 
little, if I can get 2% usage in a month that's  good, although if the 
time between projects is to long then we'll most likely sell it and buy 
a new one when we ramp up again.
