This is a harmless error from Grid Engine *in most cases* regarding  
terminal settings found in .bashrc and .profile type setup files.

The only time I have seen it break something was when (for instance  
when running a MPI application) the message text appearing on the  
STDOUT stream was enough to halt or stop the running program.  
Messages from SSHD about caching hostkeys will also break some  
running apps.

Resubmitting with something like "-S /bin/sh" may do the trick if it  
avoids the shell that was generating the TTY messages.
