Just to clarify, if you had separate queues
the you would use the hostgroups to define what hosts are in that queue

ie:

qsub -q host_4G.q    (where host_4G.q has only @host_4G hosts instead of '@allhsots')
qsub -q host_16G.q    (where host_16G.q has only @host_16G hosts)
