[GE users] Select multiple CPUs without PE ?

Thanks for the information.
At present (PBS) the user requests 2 cpus, then run IDL which must be
doing some multithreading, as it runs twice as fast as running the same
job on 1 cpu.
It seems the easiest way is to setup a PE
