One of my co-workers recently noticed some odd results from qacct.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be causing this? We're
currently running 6.0u4 and have been using the same accounting file for
several versions of 6.0.

Here's the email from my co-worker:

If I query sge for the stats for the 'wychem' group in the month of May,
I get:

-bash-3.00$ qacct -b 200605010000 -e 200606010000 -g wychem
GROUP      WALLCLOCK         UTIME         STIME           CPU
    MEMORY                 IO                IOW
=======================================================================================================================
wychem     382366562     177258068       6935305     194218002
243341039.018              0.000              0.000

Which makes sense (Wall clock time is a bit higher than CPU time). 192M
cpu-seconds equates to about 2250 cpu-days, or 75 cpu-months - which is
about right for this group for this period.

But if I run the same query for the month of June, I get some wonkey
answers:

-bash-3.00$ qacct -b 200606010000 -e 200607010000 -g wychem
GROUP      WALLCLOCK         UTIME         STIME           CPU
    MEMORY                 IO                IOW
=======================================================================================================================
wychem     141559402  -19405334160  -23034587558 41179871391736
9632095186154896.000              0.000              0.000

It looks like we're getting integer overflow in the qacct calculations.
