[GE users] Queue problem

Hi,

you will need an extra resource to identfy the jobs. You cannot use the
license_nuke
because they licenses have to be acounted for on the global level.
Therefore, you will
need a nuke boolean which is forced and is anly available in the nuke
queue instances.
