[GE users] How to refuse jobs at specific exec hosts temporary

Take a look at qmon(1).

Eg,
	qmod -d queue1,queue2 at host,...

Disabling the queue will allow running jobs to finish, but prevent new jobs
from starting.

You can also disable (and of course, re-enable) queues or queue instances
via the qmon GUI.
