[GE users] queue host limits?

without knowing the detailed setup and actual resource consumption  
it's not easy to guess. How many queues are defined? Is there a slot  
limit for each host across all queues (qconf -se  
<one_of_your_hosts>)? qstat -j <waiting_job_id> might also give you  
some hints.
