[GE users] Comments please: Proposal for JobQueue::GridEngine and JobQueue::ForkingLayer modules

Also, just something related - Globus has the fork job manager,
which is a layer to provide a higher level of abstraction. I
haven't done much with Globus so I don't know how good/bad it
is.

Let us know the progess of getting it onto CPAN.
