[GE users] difference between grid and cell

A cell is just one of many possible grid instances, which share the  
same SGE installation place. That's all, they don't interact  
directly. - Reuti

BTW: In the ancient DQS there was a qmove command, which could move  
jobs between cells AFAIR.
