I tried changing the hostname and remove ".obr", but ...

# qconf -mhgrp @cluster09
Object has not been changed

I then deleted the @cluster09 hostgroup, previoulsy changing the
hostlist in cluster09.q, and then added @cluster09 from a file without
".obr". Then listing the hostgroup showed

# qconf -shgrp @cluster09
group_name @cluster09
hostlist obrcn09001.obr obrcn09002.obr obrcn09003.obr obrcn09004.obr \
         obrcn09005.obr obrcn09006.obr obrcn09007.obr obrcn09008.obr

So, no chance to get rid of ".obr".

But there is a queue which has been running for 2 months, without a
hostgroup, but with hosts listed with ".obr" and this queue is running fine.

# qstat -f

Nothing unusual I think, or?
