[GE users] upgrading from 6.0u4

You can shutdown SGE, then duplicate the SGE_ROOT directory. I just
tried that (just for fun only) and SGE was happy.

The qmaster spool dir is defined as the "qmaster_spool_dir" parameter
in the bootstrap file.
