[GE users] prevent users from executing jobs on nodes except via sungrid

Setup tight integration =)

Our parallel jobs call the SGE rsh wrapper which actually schedules  
the job using grid engine instead of rshing to the system =)

check our $SGE_ROOT/mpi/rsh as an example script or search for "mpich  
tight integration" (or pvm.. or mpich2.. or such.. =)
