[GE users] Queue automatically being disable

Hello,

State "d" is not causes by Grid Engine, it is caused by a Grid Engine  
administrator who chose to "disable" the queue instance!

Only a person can trigger "disabled" state 'd'

You can re-enable it via the qmod command that Rayson mentioned.
