tbqqnz!
it says that a file is missing but...

the job has been launched like this:

for i in ucsc_a*; do qsub -o results_$i ./launch_ucsc.sh $i; done

and the launc_ucsc.sh:

#!/bin/bash
#$ -S /bin/bash
#$ -cwd
perl ./MapToAGene_Luci_probe_version.pl $1

An error:
job 389.1 failed on host alpha2.bioinfo.ifom-ieo-campus.it general searching
requested shell because: 05/10/2006 09:48:02 [2486:14075]:
execvp(/opt/sge6/bioinfo/spool/alpha2/job_scripts/389,
"/opt/sge6/bioinfo/spool/alpha2/job_scripts/389" "ucsc_ad") failed: No such
file or directory

the -cwd option should save him from such errors, shouldn't it?
