[GE users] qconf -Au fname bug?

On second thought, it may be a bug.

I took the ACL entry shown in my message below and saved it to a file  
in /tmp after changing the 'name' field to chemistry.

Now I see this:

> error: required attribute "fshare" is missing
> error reading in file


Anyone else confirm?
