[GE users] prioritized queues - suspend jobs.

do you have dual CPU machines?

subordinate_list      shortjobs=1, longjobs=1

> subordinate_list      longjobs

subordinate_list      longjobs=1

This wayx already one job in this queue will suspend longjobs.

BTW: Suspension will only take place if the jobs run on the same  
machine.
