[GE users] Master host install problem

I also try to use class spooling and specify sgeadmin for Grid Engine admin.
But the installation was failed on Making directories as following:

chmod: changing permissions of `default': Operation not permitted

Command failed: chmod 755 default

Probably a permission problem. Please check file access permissions.
Check read/write permission. Check if SGE daemons are running.
--------------------- end of error message ---------------------

Maybe the installation will not create the directory "default".
Bescause the directory SGE_ROOT is empty.
Then I make the directory "default" in SGE_ROOT and chmod 755 for
directory "default" to install again.
I get the same error message.
