[GE users] qstat's xml vs. non-xml output

Hello,

I'm running Grid Engine 6.1. The xml output for 'slots_total' does not reflect reality, or what the non-xml output shows. It seems that 'slots_total' is the sum of 'slots_used' plus the real number of configured slots for a queue. i.e.:

jimfh at train=> qstat -f -q cf_batch at car15
queuename qtype used/tot. load_avg arch states
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
cf_batch at car15                 BIP   2/2       0.94     x86_64
jimfh at train=> qstat -f -q cf_batch at car15 -xml <?xml version='1.0'?> <job_info  xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
  <queue_info>
    <Queue-List>
      <name>cf_batch at car15</name>
      <qtype>BIP</qtype>
      <slots_used>2</slots_used>
      <slots_total>4</slots_total>
      <arch>x86_64</arch>
    </Queue-List>
  </queue_info>
  <job_info>
  </job_info>
</job_info>
jimfh at train=>

jimfh at train=> qstat -f -q cf_batch at car16
queuename qtype used/tot. load_avg arch states
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
cf_batch at car16                 BIP   1/2       0.09     x86_64
jimfh at train=> qstat -f -q cf_batch at car16 -xml <?xml version='1.0'?> <job_info  xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
  <queue_info>
    <Queue-List>
      <name>cf_batch at car16</name>
      <qtype>BIP</qtype>
      <slots_used>1</slots_used>
      <slots_total>3</slots_total>
      <arch>x86_64</arch>
    </Queue-List>
  </queue_info>
  <job_info>
  </job_info>
</job_info>
jimfh at train=>

Is this a bug, or have I something mis-configured?
