[GE users] Output From 'qacct'

Hereunder is what I get from a typical 'qacct' command.  And the bit
that puzzles me is why the CPU time doesn't seem to be the sum of
UTIME and STIME.

Is the sum being multiplied by the number of slots? This theory
doesn't hang together .. the 'morwenna' user never uses more than
4 slots, for instance, and her jobs typically run for 3 minutes.

And is the MEMORY figure the sum of memory-usage for all slots?
And for IO (not shown here) .. same question?
