Never mind :-). It was a disk-full problem. Still, those are
"interesting" messages.

Subject: [GE users] strange errors from qsub all of a sudden

(Apologies if this comes through twice, but sent it without a subject
the first time, and it didn't seem to go through.)

All of a sudden this morning, we get qsub/qrsh errors which make no
sense:

[heywood at bhmnode2 test]$ qsub -q public.q testsge.sh

Unable to run job: scheduler send a order for a changed user/project
"delabast" (version: old 27387) new 27388.

Exiting.

[heywood at bhmnode2 test]$ qrsh hostname

ok

[heywood at bhmnode2 test]$ qrsh date

scheduler send a order for a changed user/project "delabast" (version:
old 27387) new 27388

[heywood at bhmnode2 test]$ qrsh hostname

scheduler send a order for a changed user/project "delabast" (version:
old 27387) new 27388

There is a job with user "delabast" which has been running for a few
days:

[heywood at bhmnode2 test]$ qstat

job-ID prior name user state submit/start at queue
slots ja-task-ID

------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------

  11034 0.56000 blastjob.s delabast r 02/15/2007 14:04:08
public.q at blade153 1

[heywood at bhmnode2 test]

Can anyone explain this?

Thanks!

Todd Heywood
