[GE users] submitting parallel jobs

Check if all the q's are available (qstat -f). It seems some prob with 
the mpi_queue. qstat -explain <state>  can help.

The other messages say that the queues finally chosen are not part of 
requested pe (-pe), and the q's in PE chosen do not have enough slots 
you requested for job.

you can qstat -f -pe <your pe> and see the q's that can be used and make 
sure the no. of slots requested are available.
