Yes, you can modify the number of slots on each host using qconf.

Typically Rocks can detect the number of CPU's on each host, based on
the information supplied by BIOS.

yes this allows to specify the general info for all nodes. My question  
was more about a mixed queue such as 2 nodes with 2 cpu's each and 2  
nodes with 4 cpu's each. Is it possible to specify that the first two  
nodes only have 2 and the later ones have 4 cpus?
