Instead of requesting a queue, it's often better to request resources  
in SGE and let SGE select a queue for you. In your case, you could  
even define a bool complex "sweet_queue", attach it to a queue (and  
set it for others to false) and request "-l sweet_queue".

In the qstat of course, the original queu ename will still show up.
