Very nice!!

One suggestion: instead of using zlogin(1), have you thought about
using zone_enter()?? While zone_enter() is not a standard API, it
seems to me that it is easier for execd to fork(), zone_enter(), and
exec() shepherd than to do signal forwarding from proto-shepherd...
