[GE users] sge_shepherd problems perhaps connected to nfs problems

There appears to be no child processes.

ps -ef | grep sge
sge       4231     1  0 Jun25 ?        00:06:14 /opt/gridengine/bin/

ps -f --ppid=11823
UID        PID  PPID  C STIME TTY          TIME CMD
