Yes. Redhat and SuSE autoyast.

Most/all of the configuration for an exec host is done on the qmaster.
Assume the qmaster is all set up (ie. the exec host is in the list of 
exec hosts, there is a spool directory under $SGE_ROOT).
Then all you need do is copy sgeexecd into /etc/init.d/
and chkconfig on the sgeexecd service.
You can do this with a post-install script.

If you are using local spooling you can create the local spool directory 
in the same script.
