[GE users] change number of processors

you would need to run

	qconf -mq all.q

or use your queues' name rather than all.q if it is different.  Then 
look for the line starting with slots.  Find your host in the list, 
change the entry from hostname=1 to hostname=2.  Save that file, and you 
should be done.
