[GE users] creating a Master queue

You can define a list of "queue instances" (a queue instance is
roughly = a host). You can play with defining your list after reading
up the "wc_qinstance" part of sge_types(1).

But whether the master queue is used to run MPI tasks or not only
depends on how your PE is configured.
