This article looks like it says:

 -l os='resourceA|resourceB' 

I've not tried it but it may help.

I am sure that I read on this list that there is an 'OR' syntax for
resource requests in qsb/qrsh, something like:

qsub -l resourceA || resourceB

A I imaginging this?
This works: qsub -soft -l resourceA -l resource B However I don't think
it does exactly what we want - in that as a soft request you may be
allocated an exec host which is neither A or B
