[GE users] executing script at failover

You can write a script that wrap around the qmaster binary,
rename the real qmaster binary to something else, and name your
script "qmaster". Thus, the shadow master will start your script
instead of the qmaster. (But remember to "exec" instead of just
calling the qmaster binary in the script.)

So, you can do whatever pre-processing you want in the script.
Want to check whether the shadow master or init.d is the parent
process? easy -- just do pstree, ptree, or ps/grep and you will
find the answer.
