[GE users] master and scheduler spool

Hi,

I read through the page recommended by Reuti (how to eliminate 
dependency on NFS)
but I did not find any mention of qmaster_spool_dir . is it ok for that 
particular directory
to be on the local filesystem? From all I read that should be fine, just 
wanted to double-check.
