[GE users] Boost priority of one pending jobs...

Solved. The Urgency policy was set to the main policy.
I just changed the variables

weight_urgency                  1.000000
weight_priority                   0.010000

to
weight_urgency                    0.010000
weight_priority                   1.000000

with "qconf -msconf"
