Hi Erik,

I filed your case today as an issue

    http://gridengine.sunsource.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2378

we won't be able to fix it as a 6.1 update as it requires 
considerable changes in parallel scheduling code.

However meanwhile it is clear to me what needs to be changed and 
I even got a version running where it is fixed i.e. there is a 
chance that a fix can be provided with a successor release.
