[GE users] qconf -se host_list?

Hmm. unorthodox and it violates the "don't touch the spool!" arguments  
but in a classic spooling environment it is possible to pull this  
information directly out of the plaintext config files that qmaster/  
spool folder. With thought and planning it may be possible to use  
these files with less of an overall system impact than multiple  
concurrent qconf calls would have.
