[GE users] Queue instance all.q at hostname dropped because it is temporarly not available

What is the output of "qstat -f"? -- are your queues in any sort of  
error state ("E") or perhaps they are above their own load alarm  
thresholds and are in state "a" waiting for the execution host loads  
to drop a bit?
