[GE users] Queue instance all.q at hostname dropped because it is temporarly not available

thnx a lot Chris for instant reply, i tried installing execution host again
on that remote host, but the prblm still remains.
also when i submit job from that host then job is executed on that host
without any prblm.

i'll refer to "man stat" nd get back to u.
