[GE users] Load on computers

Or just boost the load alarm threshold by a slight amount to find the  
proper balance between avoiding suspension and avoiding  
oversubscription. On most systems I'm aware of the admins have usually  
been able to converge upon a value that works for their environment  
and workflows.
