[GE users] Segmentation Fault(coredump) during qmake

Okay, then the question is, why "qmake" is showing up in the script  
you posted. Is this a Makefile which generates further makefiles on- 
the-fly? Usually this is often done during the ./configure, but not  
later on. When the generating script is called with qmake and uses $ 
(MAKE), this might explain the substituion.

Running it in parallel w/o SGE is working?

Is it open source software, and/or can you post the Makefile?
