[GE users] inst_sge insists SGE_JMX_PORT is defined

This is a known bug.
Still not fixed in 6.2u1.

Yes, a workaround is to give a value to SGE_JMX_PORT.
The install script won't install the JMX feature unless you starts the 
installation with the -jmx flag.
