[GE users] GCC UPC with Berkeley Runtime on SGE

If you just want a loose integration, you can basically hack a PE in a few minutes.

However, if you want SGE to do job accounting, job kill/cleanup, and remote task execution, you may want to dig deeper or at least tell us how the gcc's implementation of UPC starts remote tasks.
