During the execd installation the certificates are copied so host specific
directories. The install script logs:
   ... copy /var/sgeCA/port798/default/userkeys/root to
/var/sgeCA/port798/default/userkeys/HOSTNAME+Administrator

Later the installation breaks with the following error:
  error: commlib error: can't set CA chain file
(/var/sgeCA/port798/default/userkeys/Hostname+Administrator/cert.pem)
error: commlib error: ssl error ([ID=33558530] in module "system library": "No
such file or directory")
ERROR: unable to send message to qmaster using port 798 on host "xxx": can't set
CA chain file

As you see directory constains of the upper case "HOSTNAME" however the error
messages has only the first character in upper case as "Hostname"

The id command shows:

> id
uid=197108(Hostname+Administrator)
