*dear all,*
**
*i'm trying to copy the sgeCA files to my execution host (windows OS) but in
the installation guide:*
**
*As root on each execution host, use the following commands to securely copy
the files:*
# umask 077
# cd /
# scp masterhost:/var/sgeCA/port536.tar .
# umask 022
# tar xvpf /port536.tar
# rm /port536.tar

     *Note*
On a Windows execution host, the tar utility cannot restore the ownerships
and permissions. In this case, the Administrator must set the ownerships and
permissions manually.

does it mean that i have to copy the sgeCA folder from /var in the master
host to the exec. host manually?
and if i have to copy it by commands what the command in windows (MS-DOS
Mode) that equal to "umask" in linux?

regards,
rafid
