[GE users] question for the allocation rules

Hi Ryoji,

What is the output of the command:

   qconf -sp mpapich8

... we need to see what the PE configuration looks like.

Other things to check:

1. Is the PE attached to the queue you submitted the job to?
2. Is your cluster running enough jobs such that 6 slots are simply  
not available?
