For parametric jobs, you don't need to do any special configuration.  If 
there is something special about MDCE environment that only certain 
nodes can run such jobs, you can model the environment as a static 
resource on the hosts that are capable of it, and then request that 
resource when submitting your MDCE jobs.  Look at the -t switch for qsub 
for submitting a parametric job.
