[GE users] trivial: EXEC_HOST_LIST format?

Maybe I'm thinking about this wrong.  You apparently run the execution 
host installer (inst_sge -x) on all execution nodes as part of their 
startup, correct?   I understood that it was supposed to be run on 
the qmaster node to set up all the nodes that you wanted in the grid. 
Which is the 'correct' way? (or is it any way that works, so either is 
OK (but yours is probably more readable/reliable?)
