[GE users] Help: Slots Problem

You need to setup a PE (Parallel Environment) to let SGE know the real
number of CPUs used by the OpenMP jobs.

However, the PE would be much simpiler than an MPI PE, as you don't
need to deal with the remote tasks at startup and shutdown.
