Hi All
While using functional policy alone (fair share) and no share tree policy, with the following scheduler configuration, it does not appear that a user's job priority changes
after running for two or 3 days.  When halftime is set to 168. Is the configuration correct in a scenario where all users have equal share initially and based on their usage priority decreases and halftime is one week.
