[GE users] Qsub use

you don't necessarily need another queue. Just create a complex called 
bigmem and make it a forced requestable on those nodes (do qconf -me 
<hostname> and add complex name)

As it is a forced requestable, you won't be scheduled on that machine 
unless you have requested "-l bigmem=true"
